'Cacao and Me Since 2023', It's been 2 years since I really began to connect with Mama Cacao. In that time my connection with her has ebbed and flowed. Ive had regular, daily doses that became part of my routine, I've had times where I've stepped back from her, and I've had times where she called me in to dive deep within myself.

There’s more to your cup of ceremonial cacao than the act of making it from your chosen block or bar of cacao. The journey from the rainforests of Bali is part of the ceremony; you aren’t just consuming a drink, you are a participant in this journey.

Cacao has been a very gentle and subtle teacher, however when needed, packs a punch! It has been extremely emotional. Sitting with Cacao has helped me give myself permission to stop. To listen. To feel. To learn. To trust and to love… myself.

When I began holding Cacao ceremonies myself, I found that the guided meditations would pour through me effortlessly — as though her spirit was speaking through me, like a river of wisdom and story.
