I was introduced to Cacao less than a year ago as a byproduct of embarking on my healing journey. At first, I didn't see what all the fuss was about.

Cacao & I, rekindled our love affair in the summer of 2022 after a brief romance in early 2007. We were brought together on both occasions as I called out for support in relation to 1 of my children.

I started sitting with Cacao one year ago. At first, I treated it like a ritual just once or twice a week. Soon I noticed my day was different when I connected with Cacao versus when I didn’t.

I started to work with Cacao in a small way with tentative steps in 2019, and by 2020 it became a daily practice, a comfort and an integration tool.

Back in 2019, I found myself isolating, I was feeling angry with myself & with life.  Continuously filling everyone's cups, while I was running on empty.

My name is Jackie Farrell & I am a mammy of 5 children (aged between 6 & 13 years). I am living along with my husband & children in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. I was blessed to find the beautiful heart-opening & heart-healing medicine, namely Cacao

My journey with the beautiful Cacao has been life-changing for me in the last few years of working with this scared plant medicine.

Cacao brought me home to myself. She showed me how to love myself, how to read my intuition, my inner wisdom, how to connect with my body, my mind and my soul.

I have been working with cacao for the last 3.5 years. Cacao was one of the first steps I took on my spiritual journey.
