Cacao & I, rekindled our love affair in the summer of 2022 after a brief romance in early 2007. We were brought together on both occasions as I called out for support in relation to 1 of my children. The universe heard my call & mama cacao showed up, strong grounding & supportive just as she had before.

In that the moment the excess unraveled and the magic began. Cacao had held me up & deepened my connection at time when my light & soul was lonely a little lost even. Creating that time & space to go within, to reconnect & listen intuitively to the whispers of my own knowing, my own essence has brought great clarity joy and prosperity to my life.

On this limb of my journey I’ve integrated Cacao into my life for not only myself and my children wellbeing, also my friends, my circle and beyond I’ve accessed numerous facilitator programs and completed 2 dieta’s to deepen my knowledge and understanding from a practical place of this beautiful plant medicine.

She has become part of my daily, weekly routine
She has supported me through my journey with endometriosis relaxing & soothing my body
She has joined me on the yoga mat & in my physical training
She drops in on my crystal therapy sessions
Her support has been vast

My belief is the universe is abundant and there’s plenty of all to flow. You just need to trust & drop into that. So for me sharing Cacao, freely and loving is so joyous. The love, gratitude and wisdom has been huge, since cacao & me rekindled our romance
