Saoró will host Menopause Awareness Week, 14th – 20th October…
Together let’s share, learn & celebrate the transformation of this time & the holistic supports available 
We will hear from Irish mentors & wisdom-holders through Instagram Lives on how to support your health & well-being in perimenopause & menopause
We also invite you to express your own experiences by submitting art, poetry, or blogs to feature on our website Saoro.org
