I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher based in West Cork. I am a devoted student and teacher and I have a light hearted approach while honouring the ancient traditions of yoga. I have a passion for movement, breathwork, meditation and learning and I am on a mission to learn as much as I can in order to be able to help as many people as possible.
My journey started in 2013 in Perth, Australia. I began practicing Yoga as a physical form of exercise but it wasn’t long until I discovered the benefits for my mind and my whole being. I completed my 200hr teacher training in Thailand 2017 with Dr Gaurav Milak of Ashtak, since then I have completed a further 400 hours of Teacher Training including Yin, Prenatal, Restorative, Yoga Nidra to name a few. I completed Pilates Teacher Training in 2021 and love how Yoga and Pilates complement eachother. I am also a Reiki Practicioner. In November of 2024 I will be returning to India to complete 300hr Yoga Teacher Training.
I am dedicated to this practice of Yoga and it has changed my life. It has given me a strong body, a connection to my true self, tools to use in every day life. I have met some of the most amazing people and had truly amazing experiences on this journey. I am forever grateful for this practice.
