I facilitate Chair Yoga sessions tailored for those living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, offering gentle movement, sensory engagement, and mindful relaxation to support mobility, mood, and connection. My approach emphasizes compassion, patience, and creating a calm, familiar space where participants can feel safe and supported.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping — a space where the body rests deeply, the mind quiets, and healing can naturally unfold.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation that allows the body to rest while the mind remains gently aware.
Practiced lying down and supported by props, it helps release physical tension, reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance to the nervous system.
Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel as refreshing as several hours of sleep.
