I’m a Kundalini yoga teacher and I’m passionate about helping people connect with their heart/soul/higher self, that quiet place of love within us all.
I teach regular classes of my own version of Kundalini yoga mixed with gratitude,
Guided meditation, visualization,
and sound. All of these techniques that I have learned bring us to the present moment where we can become embodied to connect with our souls or hearts and feel the love within.
Then when we feel our spirit within we can become the bridge between heaven and earth, to be the peace that we want to see in the world, through the butterfly 🦋 effect we can spread that peace to each other.
I also offer one on one energy healing (Reiki and Rahanni) in my Therapy Room based in Portmarnock Dublin.
