Shamanic Drumming & Healing Circle 7-8:30pm with Mel Murphy
Shamanic Drumming is a spiritual practice but also a powerful form of Sound healing therapy. A Shaman connects to their helping spirits to bring sound healing through the drum beat and help people enter into a relaxed altered state .Studies have shown that musical beats can reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. As you drum, or listen to the shamanic drum, you release tension and stagnant energy, allowing healing to occur on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Intention is a powerful force that can amplify the effects of any healing practice. When drumming with intention, we set our minds on a specific goal or desire, to heal , and thus infuse our rhythms with purpose and meaning.
The evening will unfold as follows
Creating Sacred Shamanic space
Setting personal intentions
Working with sound healing tools, shamanic drums ,rattles , singing bowls.
Plus Shamanic Oracle cards,sharing & integration circle.
No experience needed, bring your sound healing instrument , or there will be some available.
