So often we hold on to baggage from the past because it feels comfortable, because it can be painful to admit to ourselves that things have moved on or because there is unfinished business. We crave the familiar as it provides a sense of safety and and comfort.
However, deep down we know that clinging to the past can stifle our growth, drain our energy, and prevent us from fully embracing the present and the future. It can create emotional and mental blockages, keeping us stuck in patterns that no longer serve our highest good.
Letting go looks different for everyone. It might mean releasing old beliefs, forgiving ourselves or others, or simply acknowledging and accepting change. It’s a deeply personal journey, unique to each individual’s path and experiences.
