Fiona Heffernan is a trauma informed Yoga teacher, Sound meditation practitioner, menstrual cycle awareness coach, Reiki practitioner & bodyworker living in Co. Wicklow. Who has a passion for Yin yoga with many years of teaching experience & assisting on teacher trainings with Sarah Lo.
Sound meditation is an incredible life changing practice. The vibrations & frequencies have such power that can only be felt through experience.
Her intention is to hold space for you to come back to that place of inner calm. Fiona holds regular classes, workshops & retreats in Ireland.
