From a young age I’ve always had an interest in the metaphysics of astrology and through different life experiences going through grief etc. I experienced how energy therapies are so beneficial and so trained in several to offer myself.
I have been doing healing energy work for as a reiki master, feng shui expert, Rahanni, Reflexology and access bars practitioner, I’ve also trained in EFT, Breath work, Crystal healing.
I hold online workshops for Astrology, Feng Shui and a grief healing circle.
Beverly on Trauma and Healing
Healing speaks louder than trauma. It reminds you that you’re not defined by your past, but by how you choose to grow from it.
When The past whispers regrets, healing offers you the wisdom to remind you I survived, I learned, I grew. I will not punish myself for not knowing then what I know now.
Healing is choosing self-compassion over self-blame.
