My name is Amerie O’Shea, and I am a cacao facilitator, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience. I am the founder of my own yoga studio based in Blarney, where I regularly hold sacred space for healing, connection, and inner balance.
I completed my cacao facilitator training with Saoro two years ago, an experience that deeply enriched my personal and professional journey and strengthened my relationship with this heart-opening medicine.
In my studio, I offer yoga and cacao ceremonies designed to gently open the heart and lungs, allowing energy to flow freely through the body. I also hold breathwork and cacao sessions to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of presence and embodiment.
My intention is to create a safe, grounded, and nurturing space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore harmony within mind, body, and spirit.
