The ebb and the flow
The emotions arise, be still, acknowledge, and let go.

The stillness, the thoughts they come and go
Connecting to Mother Earth brings balance, as you know
Breathe in the light, release the greyness from within, and these feelings and emotions don’t hold you anymore.

Step forward into your power
Stand tall and strong
Spirit and guides hold you, dear
You’re on your path and healing
Help others, my dear
You are worthy and loved
Celebrate
The release and let go.
