I’m excited to be offering a Yoni Steam gathering in The Cabin in Wexford on Sunday, the 21st of July.

Shauna from @the_community_cabin invited me down to her gorgeous cabin in Wexford to host a steam for the women around the area. Shauna offers womens work and yoga classes, too. Go check and out her offerings

So, about the day. We’ll spend 3 hours together in circle. In this time, i will offer a warm cup of womb, heart medicine cacao to support us in connecting and grounding into the space. Cacao is a beautiful medicine that invites the heart to rest open in respectivity, allowing a soft elixir to pour down to the body.

I will guide you through some practices that will prepare and support your physical and energetic womb space to relax and feel ready to receive the healing energies from the herbs and elements.

Followed by the steam, the herbs will nourish the womb space, creating a sense of spaciousness and openness, clearing away any obscurations that have been blocking the natural rhythms of your wombiverse

This work has been a powerful healing force in guiding women back to their inner compass. The connection we have to our womb space is vital to how we show up for ourselves and how we show up in the world. The energetics and seasonal cycles of our womb is a direct route to our overall well-being. Steaming is a beautiful opportunity for you to feel in and listen to the sacredness of your own unique womb wisdom.
