You’ll then move through gentle breathwork and intuitive, process-led drawing exercises – a quiet invitation to release old narratives, step out of the mind, and explore creativity with ease and curiosity.
An object you feel drawn to (a shell, stone, or small ornament), coloured pencils or pens, charcoal if you wish, and paper or a sketchbook. Plus a cup of ceremonial cacao prepared with love to support grounding and inner connection.
