During this period, it’s essential to allow yourself to feel and express your emotions authentically, without judgment. It’s a chance to embrace your feelings, whether they are joyful or painful, and seek self-knowledge through your vulnerability.
Furthermore, the New Moon in Cancer encourages us to care for ourselves as we would care for a loved one. It’s time to dedicate ourselves to self-care and establish a solid foundation to face life’s challenges.
