By way of introduction, my name is Julieann Byrne I work as a Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Healer in West Dublin.
Inspired by my vision of how the ancestors before me would have convened, I set up these monthly Women’s Circles to bring like-minded souls together to convene, to share, to support each other and to heal in a space that is free of judgement, competition, expectation or pressure. The Women’s Circles are healing and nurturing. By attending and making time for yourself you are participating in a beautiful act of self-care.
Each month, the format and focus of the Circle will change depending on the needs of the group but will mainly consist of all my favourite things (meditation, shamanic journey, reiki, oracle cards, sound healing and lots and lots of talking and sharing). All that aside, it is the energy of each and every beautiful soul present that makes these evenings so special.
The Women’s circle honours the ancestors through ritual and ceremony. With the sacred candle at the centre of the altar, each Woman entering the Circle is invited to light their own candle using the fire of the sacred candle before placing it on the altar. This act which occurs at the beginning of each evening, is a symbol of that person’s energy which they are graciously sharing with the group for the evening.
Equal in importance to the energies of the souls present, is the energy of the space. The two venues where I hold my circles are visually and energetically beautiful and align perfectly with the energies of the evening. However, before each event, I will open sacred space and invite spirit in to create an area of protection around the group.
I run these Women’s Groups on a monthly basis. Below are the details of my upcoming events. However, I am also available for private Women’s Circles and special events such as pre-wedding celebrations, birthday celebrations and pre-birth celebrations for expectant mamas.
Investment for attendance at the monthly Women’s Circles is €20.
