We all suffer from stress these days. You will hear people say oh my shoulders are sore, my neck is stiff, all symptoms of stress that IHM can relieve very quickly.
The techniques have been practiced in India for thousands of years, mostly by the women, they believe that by massaging the scalp it helps to open the hair follicles and improves the blood flow to the head. The most common cause of poor blood flow is stress generated muscle tension. By helping to get rid of this tension, head massage not only improves the condition of the hair but also provides an individual treatment for stress linked problems like headache and eye strain.
IHM is done in a seated position using oils.
This treatment works on the upper back, neck, shoulders,arms, head and face. It is a fast effective yet simple therapy that is hugely beneficial to all. Can be used safely on everyone including children and during pregnancy.
