The Irish School of Shamanic Studies proudly presents our Imbolc fire ceremony taking place on Saturday 4th February at Moher Oakwood, Westport, Co Mayo. Imbolc (Imbolg) the festival marking the beginning of spring has been celebrated since ancient times. This is the first day of Spring and represents rebirth. It is a Cross Quarter Day and the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox.
