A morning of softness, rest and discovery. An indoor and outdoor gathering entailing a mindful and joyful forest walk to immerse yourself in and connect to nature, followed by a guided healing meditation journey, spoken and sung, and a tea ceremony in the cottage by the fire. A time to honour the darkness and welcome the light as we move towards Spring.
