Back by popular demand and set in the even more scenic and magical Glendalough, this Healing Hike promises a truly restorative day.
We’ll meet in the car park at 9:20 AM and begin the hike at 9:30 AM, moving at a light to moderate pace with plenty of photo stops along the way. Halfway through, we’ll pause for snacks and a grounding meditation—connecting with the earth, the trees, and the tranquil energy of Glendalough.
From there, we’ll make our way back towards the lake for a beautiful cacao ceremony (outdoors if possible, if not in a scenic room in Glendalough Hotel where you are welcome to join us for food afterwards).
For the brave, there’s even the option to take a refreshing dip in the lake! (at your own risk)
Rounding off a magical day of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Why not stop afterwards for a hot lunch in the nearby hotel before heading home.
These hikes are always special, and this one offers movement and even more healing in such a stunning location with a great group of people.
An email will go out to attendees a few days before . Dress for all weathers . Hiking boots reacommended but not essential .
