Creative circle at the Greywood Arts Creative Hub

Our monthly creative circle is a gathering of soulful women in a healing sanctuary of mindfulness, creativity, balance and inner exploration.

Join us in this heart nurturing circle to fill your cup with joy and beauty through creativity and nature’s medicine, where your intuition, authenticity and sensitivity are contained and celebrated.

The Journey:

Tea ritual: 

This tea ceremony is to invite you to this sacred space in a mindful way. It’s a moment to slow down and reconnect to ourselves and to the healing power of nature.

Circle gathering: 

We will gather in a nourishing circle to embark on a soulful journey, where we will set intentions, journal together, connect with our six senses and with our soul sisters.

Creative Expression:

With our intentional selected plant and nature allies for the day, we will explore the realm of imagination, creativity and playfulness. We will express our inner world using our senses, creative flow and joyful spirit through mix media/ textiles and organic materials. 

Let us enter a journey of emptying our cups of any worries and judgements and fill our cups with joy and love and rediscovering our divine inner light and Zen.

Please note: Materials are all inclusive, no experience needed, just bring your own journal, pen and an open and joyful heart!

In order to hold a supportive and intimate space, there are only limited spaces each month.
