A slow, heart-opening evening of connection and rest, held under the Full Blue Moon.

This is a spacious experience — an invitation to slow down, unwind, and come home to yourself.

We begin with gentle breathwork and meditation, allowing the body to arrive and settle.

We’ll share ceremonial cacao with intention, followed by a simple guided full moon ritual — a moment to reflect, release, and set intention.

From here, we move into a deeply nourishing sound bath, where sound and vibration wash over and within the body, supporting the mind, body, and heart.

With extra time to rest and integrate, this longer session allows for a deeper sense of restoration.
