This upcoming two day experience is for those who feel the call of their Soul and its purpose and want to explore it further. Myself and Karen will hold a safe space for both men and women to consciously and then unconsciously shift what no longer serves, trauma and self limiting beliefs through trialled and tested techniques.
I will be hosting some Conscious Cacao Ceremonies over the 2 days where we will focus on opening our mind and bodies using the beautiful Saoro Cacao. This will prepare us for the afternoon session after a delicious Lunch.
Karen Binks of @keytoome Shadow Master & Spiritual Director will be guiding each attendee through an Activated Breathwork using headphones she will guide you through a transformational experience where you can deep dive into the subconscious mind and release the hidden trauma.
