Mama Cacao entered my life just before the onset of the global pandemic, as a gentle yet profound guide. Through the online ceremonies I joined during that time, she offered me visions that invited deep self-exploration beyond the lens of judgment, allowing me to meet my true essence with compassion.

Following the completion of two Cacao Ceremonialist trainings and two 30-day dietas, my bond with her has grown steadily and deeply. When I began holding ceremonies myself, I found that the guided meditations would pour through me effortlessly — as though her spirit was speaking through me, like a river of wisdom and story.

With each passing week, our connection strengthened. There were mornings when, after a single cup of cacao, stories would surge forth with such intensity that I found myself journaling instead of heading to work — or pulling over while driving to record a vision she had gifted me.

To this day, she continues to be a wellspring of inspiration. Her presence weaves itself through my creative expressions: in the crafting of orgonite pyramids, in my paintings and drawings, even in the way I cook and create new dishes. She has transformed not only the way I meditate and begin my yoga practice, but also the depth of my connection to Mother Earth. Through her, I have cultivated an unshakable bond with the Earth and a renewed sense of reverence for the sacred in the everyday.
