I have been working in this field now for nearly 30 years. Its been a wonderful journey for me, and a wonderful learning, healing experience also. I have realised at this stage its all about learning and healing for myself because who can we heal if not ourselves…..

I practice: Aromatherapy, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Shamanic Healing, Energy work.

There are also other therapists working here offering Sound Healing, Massage, Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, Beauty therapy…

We offer events from time to time like, wellness days and weekend workshops. There are yoga and meditation classes too.

We also offer Sacred Sweat Lodge on a regular basis.
