Womb Sounds is an explorative journey inwards through the magic of the womb space where we will guide you to find the answers you need to;

  • Heal yourself; mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
  • Develop a beautiful, balanced relationship with your cycle & your hormones.
  • Release ancestral & present day trauma, shame, guilt & fear.
  • Become an expert on YOUR sensual & sexual pleasure.
  • Embody your abundant desires & birth them into existence. 
  • Speak your TRUTH!
  • Re-discover your ‘joie de vivre’. 
  • Feel deeply connected to both yourself & the sisterhood.
  • Have the confidence to live a life you love.

Our journey together over the course of 12 weeks includes;

  • Six bi-weekly in person gatherings with teachings & holistic practices to guide you on your womb healing journey
  • Online group support via Voxer Messaging App.
  • 13+ hours of group sessions
  • An opening & closing Cacao ceremony
  • Various healing practices & modalities including; 
    Meditation/Visualisation, Hands on Healing, Breathwork, EFT, Light Language Activations/Clearings, Voice Work, Shamanic Shaking, Movement & Ecstatic Release, Yin Yoga, Coaching etc.
  • Handouts including;
    Cycle Tracker, Menstruality Lifestyle Recommendations & Weekly Journal Prompts
  • A Journal for the journey
  • Mid-week 1:1 support 
  • Aftercare gathering via Zoom
  • A cozy space to gather at Lotus Acupuncture & Wellness Centre
  • A safe & non-judgemental space that will provide you with all of the nurturing & care that you need as you begin to heal
