On Sunday, August 4th, from 4pm-6pm,join us for a beautiful energy opening of your voice, your communication centre.
First @aimee.conroy will lead a gentle yoga session ♥, then onto a hypnotic guided meditatio. It also happens to be a New Moon ,a time of new beginnings, manifesting and creating abundance.
As always there is the added option of the hot box sauna afterwards.
