First @aimee.conroy will lead a gentle yoga session ♥, then onto a hypnotic guided meditatio. It also happens to be a New Moon ,a time of new beginnings, manifesting and creating abundance. As always there is the added option of the hot box sauna afterwards. We tend to fill up quickly, so book your place.
