Pop Up Retreat

I’m really delighted to be back in the beautiful Healing Gardens to offer a PopUp Retreat!

💥 A gentle blend of modalities will be offered on the day, all optional.

💥Sound, Breathwork, Somatic practices & movement, Connection & Cycles Circle, Journaling, Mantra & Meditation, Yoga, Ritual.

There will time allocated for just being in nature, snoozing, reading books from my stash, exploring the grounds etc.

Exchange: €80
There are two spaces available at €40, for those in low income households or those involved in activism who are feeling a bit burnt out. Please, please, use these spaces if you need them. ❤️

Herbal tea and small nibbles will be provided for morning tea, lunch is not provided.

A deposit of €40 is required to book a place.
PayPal, Revolut, Cash accepted.
At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation.
