Tara Thompson of The Quest Yoga will lead a gentle and restorative evening of Yoga …… followed by Craicly Stories providing post practise Stories! Tara is an Embodied Yoga & Yoga Nidra Teacher.
The evening will begin with a gentle and slow embodied Yoga Practice. Embodied yoga is suitable for beginners. This gentle Yoga class will then be followed by Yoga Nidra (sleep Yoga) A deeply relaxing, meditative, restorative yoga which does not require any experience or fitness levels. There is no movement in Yoga Nidra. Just simply to rest.
Tara is a qualified embodied yoga teacher and is also Trauma informed.
Yoga will take place in a fully private forest, deep with 200 acres of organic farm. Places are capped at 15.
Tickets include the fully guided session, plus light supper and stories will follow.
