This retreat for 16-18 year olds is centered around grounding into female wisdom. Hosted in the tranquillity of a 33 acre native woodland, where they can foster a deeper connection with nature and with other young women in a guided and nurturing environment.
In addition, they will receive empowering mentorship on the topics of body acceptance, worthiness and self-trust, and understanding their cyclical nature.
The participants will learn how to courageously advocate for themselves, navigate challenging thoughts and emotions, and begin to cultivate unshakeable self-confidence.
The topics will be explored using art in forms of painting and drawing, sharing circles, mindfulness practices such as breathwork meditation, and tools for self-care including reflective self-inquiry, and boundary setting.
