Swapping business attire for dryrobes and small talk for authentic connections, this is networking with a difference. This event is particularly special, as all proceeds are going to Marie Curie. No swimming experience is necessary, just a wee bit of bravery!
The morning begins at 7.30am, where there will be introductions and tips from Ciaran on how to get the best results from networking authentically. Then Ciaran will guide us through the breath and cold exposure, inspiring us with the confidence and knowledge to breathe through anything.
Also included is a guided group dip in the sea, wood-fired sauna, hot breakfast and two inspiring guest speakers in in Mark Hanna FCIOB and Sonya McAleer.
Ciaran May is a Human Behaviour and Performance Consultant who continues to work alongside some of the biggest companies in the UK and Ireland. A former international athlete, Ciaran specialises in the high performance mindset required for navigating life, business and entrepreneurship whilst prioritising wellbeing and human connection.
Mark has worked for Mascott Construction and just celebrated 36yrs with the company as a director. Mark is also a Marie Curie Ambassador having completed numerous endurance events and treks across the globe fundraising for the charity. He truly believes “ together we can make a difference for people in the hardest of times with the services and care of Marie Curie”
With a decade of experience as an equine coach, Sonya has honed her expertise in coaching individuals on mindset and confidence. Sonya is committed to empowering and supporting others to allow people to realise their full potential.
