Teaching, retreats & 121 mentoring are non-riding programs designed to make connections with nature, while providing an inspirational, learning experience for individuals and groups. 

No experience of horses is required to attend Epona Retreat Centre. 

I offer clients take-home practices to support their energy connection by guiding them through Tai Chi/QiGong, meditation and breathing exercises with the horses.
