Feeling very privileged to share a fabulous One–Day-Retreat with Lalit, who has been teaching yoga for over 20years in India and Internationally. I completed the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India, earlier this year with Lalit and his wonderful team and it really was a life changing experience! ❤️
Lalit began studying Yoga from the Source in India at the age of 7years and continues to study and train under some of the most known and respected Masters in India.
I am also delighted to welcome Nikki Solyom to our ‘Harmony Of The Soul Retreat’ , where she will facilitate a beautiful and restoring Sound Bath!!
