The Autumn Equinox represents the relaxation that comes after action. It is a time to celebrate the harvest and the abundant gifts of the Earth. It is a time to reflect and be grateful for that which nourishes and sustains us. I will hold sacred space for you to reflect on the past seasons, embrace the balance of both light and dark and the masculine and feminine, and prepare for the winter months ahead. 

As Mother Nature’s rhythm begins to slow, you too can experience deep rest by turning inward in a space created for reflection, rest and rebalancing. The medicine of cacao will help us release energetic blocks from our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies and open our hearts to more joy and pleasure.

About Me

I am a medicine woman, spiritual coach and cacao facilitator. I weave Celtic pagan traditions into my work, channeling deities across all cultures as I lead people on shamanic journeys to heal their body, mind and spirit. My passion is to serve and restore harmony, balance and healing to humanity and Mother Gaia.

Cacao has been one of my greatest allies on my own journey and I create sacred spaces for others to receive the deep healing, innerstanding and guidance from her. I work with indigenous Mayan wisdom keepers to continually deepen my knowledge and connection with cacao so I can serve the medicine with true reverence.

I also channel Rahanni Celestial healing which is a high frequency (5D) energy healing modality for The New Age (Age of Aquarius). It opens the receivers heart to their natural essence of truth, love and compassion, brings balance to the masculine and feminine energies, and infuses peace and healing at the highest level. It works beautifully with cacao.

I believe living and sharing from the heart space has a ripple effect – by healing oneself, we can help heal those around us, our ancestors and the generations to come, creating a better world for us all to live in harmony, as one 🕉️
