Superhero Breakfast Cacao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 Tbsp Saoro Barista Cacaorich in antioxidants
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane mushroom extract or powder ~ supports cognitive function
  • 1 tsp maca root powder ~ energy and hormone balance
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder ~ packed with nutrients and antioxidants
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup ~ optional, for sweetness
  • A pinch of cinnamon ~ for flavour and blood sugar regulation
  • A splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Warm the oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat — avoid boiling.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cacao, Lion’s Mane, maca, spirulina, and cinnamon.
  • Whisk the dry ingredients into the warm milk until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring well.
  • Pour into a mug, add a splash of vanilla if desired, and take flight!
