
Superhero Breakfast Cacao Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 Tbsp Saoro Barista Cacao ~ rich in antioxidants
- 1 tsp Lion’s Mane mushroom extract or powder ~ supports cognitive function
- 1 tsp maca root powder ~ energy and hormone balance
- 1 tsp spirulina powder ~ packed with nutrients and antioxidants
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup ~ optional, for sweetness
- A pinch of cinnamon ~ for flavour and blood sugar regulation
- A splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm the oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat — avoid boiling.
- In a small bowl, combine the cacao, Lion’s Mane, maca, spirulina, and cinnamon.
- Whisk the dry ingredients into the warm milk until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring well.
- Pour into a mug, add a splash of vanilla if desired, and take flight!
