Kate’s Coconut & Almond Cacao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (preferably full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons of Saoro Barista Cacao.

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and warm over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  • Add the cacao to the warm coconut milk and whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Stir in the honey while the mixture is still warm, adjusting to your preferred sweetness.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the almond extract.
