Vivienne’s Chocolate Orange Cacao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Saoro Barista Cacao
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp of orange extract (or you can add a tiny bit more if you prefer a stronger orange flavour)
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
  • Whisk in the cacao, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and fully combined.
  • Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously to create a creamy foam.
  • Stir the orange extract into the frothed cacao oat milk. Taste and adjust the orange flavor if needed.
