
Barista Style Cacao Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk or water
- 20g Saoró Barista Cacao powder (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavour.
Instructions
- Pour the plant-based milk or water into a small saucepan and begin to heat.
- Add the Saoró cacao and sweetener.
- Warm the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring to prevent the cacao from burning and to help the cacao and sweetener dissolve smoothly.
- Use a whisk or a frother to whisk the mixture until it’s well combined and slightly frothy.
- Once heated to your desired temperature (do not boil), pour into a mug and enjoy!
