Join us in September 2024 for a series on Unravelling Shame 

Join Siân Williams, Michael Ryan and Saoró in September for a series of explorations on the topic of unravelling shame.

In this period between Lughnasadh and Samhain as we move from the light towards the darker half of the year, we invite you to join us to shine the light together into the darkness of the shame that we each carry.

Siân Williams @satnamtherapy and Michael Ryan @michaelryan_thewayhome will lead a series of conversations live on Instagram exploring how we can illuminate and release shame during the month of September.

We’ll also feature online meditations/circles & contributions from artists on the topic of shame during the month.

The month will conclude with a series of land blessings and ceremonies around the country as we collectively bring healing to the individual, collective and ancestral shame that we all carry with us.
