Allow me to take you on a heartfelt journey, a journey that began high up on a mountain and led to the creation of something truly special. I am David, and this story is about the birth of CHOKRA, a holistic chocolate brand that promises to be as close to your hearts as it is to ours.
It all started when my dear friend Lloyd and I met atop a majestic mountain, where the air was crisp, and the world seemed to stretch endlessly before us. As the wind whispered through the trees, we shared stories of our passions. I spoke of the profound benefits of ceremonial cacao, a sacred and ancient elixir that had touched my soul. Lloyd, on the other hand, regaled me with the wonders of Reishi mushrooms, nature’s quiet miracle worker.
Two weeks later, our shared enthusiasm led us to embark on a collaborative journey. We decided to enrol in the Innovation Academy at UCD, a course focused on entrepreneurship, creativity, and enterprise. Our vision was to create something truly unique, a chocolate bar that would infuse the magic of ceremonial cacao and the healing power of Reishi mushrooms.
Our idea was met with enthusiasm and support, and we both successfully completed the course. But that was just the beginning. The seed of our original concept had taken root, and it began to grow and evolve.
Over time, fuelled by our passion for holistic studies, personal growth, and the beauty of ceremonial cacao ceremonies, our vision expanded. What was once a single chocolate bar with two ingredients blossomed into something more profound. Today, CHOKRA boasts three distinct bars, each crafted with love and care, featuring a symphony of 12 different plant-derived functional ingredients. These bars are designed to stimulate your mind, nourish your body, and awaken your soul.
Now, as we stand on the precipice of our launch, we extend an invitation to each of you to join us. We invite you to experience the soft launch of our holistic chocolate brand, CHOKRA, where spirituality and decadence come together in the palm of your hand.
