I can only be in one part of a room
Be in one place at any given time
Drive one car
Talk of one thing.
There is only one second
That which we live all the time
Only one face
Yet, the moment we split the second
And make it many
There is choice.
Then, there are many places
Are many faces
And somehow, I divide
Fragmented
I have walked
Not in one place but many
Loved not one face but many
I stole the second
Hoping to find the One.
